Steve Feldman, exec director of the Greater Philly District of the Zionist Organization of America, reports that “to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the First Zionist Congress, which took place in Basel, Switzerland, on Aug. 29, 1897 and was led by Austrian Theodor Herzl, the show featured live interviews with Zionist leaders from Switzerland, Austria, Russia … and Venezuela … to get a taste of Zionism in those nations today.” Over and out at 1540 AM WNWR Radio? The Zionist Organization of America, founded in 1897, is the oldest pro-Israel organization in the United States.
